3. Client Responsibility

By engaging in our services, the Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own health decisions. The Client agrees that any research products or lifestyle changes suggested as part of a "Wellness Protocol" are undertaken at their own risk and discretion.

4. Laboratory Management

Elite Health acts as an administrative bridge between clients and third-party diagnostic facilities. We do not perform medical testing ourselves; we manage the logistics, scheduling, and data presentation for the convenience of the Client.

Return & Refund Policy

Products:

Due to the sensitive nature of our laboratory compounds, all sales are final for research products. To ensure the integrity and purity of our materials for all researchers, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once the security seal has been broken or the product has left our controlled environment. If you receive a product with a damaged seal, please contact us via text immediately upon delivery.
